The CERM PI® Project at the University of South Australia is inviting Australasian sport, aquatic and leisure centres to be involved in the CERM PI Benchmarking Survey for 2015-16.

Key aspects of our survey:
· A national perspective/ snapshot on operational performance of sports, aquatic and leisure centres will be available at the conclusion of the survey
· This annual national benchmarking survey is the basis for robust industry benchmarks for Australian sport, aquatic and leisure centres
· Compare your facility/s results with well-established industry specific KPI's
· KPI's are reported for key aspects of operational management including finance, services, marketing, human resources, utilities and facilities

Participants have two options:
1. Become a CERM PI subscriber ($530 annual fee), and also receive national industry benchmarks published in our CERM PI Bulletin at the conclusion of the survey, or
2. Submit your data to CERM PI, and receive your centre's results immediately at no cost.
All data received will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, will be non-identifiable and managed according to established University protocols. Participants of the survey will be the only recipients of their centre's results.

Upon registering your interest, you will be provided with instructions and the tools required to submit your data. All data must be submitted by Friday 2 December 2016.
