The Royal Life Saving Society WA is looking for a qualified and experienced Pool Managers to drive the day to day operations and management of the Jigalong and Burringurrah Swimming Pools.  This exciting opportunity requires the successful candidate to live and work in the Jigalong and Burringurrah communities for up to nine months each year with your key responsibilities being to operate and program the community pool to ensure the provision of a safe, well maintained facility that provides a diverse range of programming options. Your strong work ethic and ability to work in an unsupervised role will be integral to your success in this role.  Likewise, cultural awareness of working in remote WA, strong problem solving, negotiation and communication skills will be a strength that we seek.  This role will be equally suitable for couples looking to take on a new challenge as it is for individuals that are keen to commit to a role that has a significant opportunity to make a difference.
